Assist Access/Maintain Employment

A special programme for the specially-abled designed to help one find and keep suitable jobs, as well as providing training to help motivate promotions to better roles. Comfort Health encourages any specially-abled individual, from all age groups, including students of working age to come on out and participate in this program. 

Assist Access/Maintain employment services include support associated with career counselling and guidance of which can help them unearth their passions as they discover the career path best suited to them. 

More than anything else, it helps participants acknowledge the barriers to work and assists them with sustainable employment. Comfort Health also teaches ways in which the participants can transition from supported employment (ADE) to open employment. This disability care centre also teaches them support skills required while seeking jobs like building a resume or building confidence.
